Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new camper and shoulder season business for Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert.
- Develop and implement sales processes for prospecting new campers, retaining existing campers, sales communications templates, tours, movie showings, camper fairs, etc.
- Ensure full operations team (Managing Director and Directors) are trained on all aspects of selling and selling processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing camp families.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, proposals, and completed sales.
- Oversee group sales and bookings for both camps. Manage prospect process and reporting to assist with accountability of sales efforts throughout the organization.
- Fall/Winter/Spring travel will be required to host regional activities throughout the U.S. to host camper education/sales sessions.
- Extensive summer travel is required to Camps in Nisswa, MN as well as portions of the spring and fall months.
- Work with the corporate marketing team to maintain a cohesive and effective marketing plan for both Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert, including all aspects of the camps' digital presence (social media, website content, and SEO optimization).
- Oversee photography and videography during camp seasons.
- Work with camp directors to ensure sales/marketing efforts and collateral align with their goals.
- Contribute to and implement a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with Corporate Marketing.
- Manage the camps' brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Other Duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and achieving sales goals.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for summer camps and creating lasting memories for children.
- Overnight camp experience (as camper or staff) a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and achieving sales goals
