Sales Operations Manager

What You'll Work On:

• Work with the Franchise Development team to welcome incoming franchisees and begin their process of onboarding to the franchise system.
• Train franchisees on best sales and operational strategies, driving sales excellence across the board.
• Assist in the development and implementation of franchise system enhancements, including operational processes, communication channels, and best practices.
• Successfully reinforce brand standards and quality standards.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed in relation to system improvement.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining CRM records.
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

What You Bring With You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• History of driving revenue and sales growth in the garage industry
• Experience training others in sales strategies
• Willingness to exemplify our values of excellence and kindness.
• Experience in administration and organization, ideally in a home services environment
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel and members of multiple corporate teams and franchise locations.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$70,000-$100,000 (Base + Bonus/Commission)

In person in our Austin, TX (78727) office. Must be in commuting distance or relocating prior to starting the role.
