Responsibilities

Your Deliverables For This Role:
Schedule and attend all appointments on time
Review all new leads submitted to company CRM
Screen qualified leads to determine how to appropriately approach each customer's unique selling needs
Personally, commit to spending a minimum of 40 hours a week unmonitored reviewing leads, following up with leads, and scheduling and attending appointments produced on time and on schedule
Appointment ratio and conversion accountability based on proven metrics for success
Follow the company's documented sales process
Attend training sessions to learn how to negotiate offers on properties with homeowners effectively
Produce a monthly average deal size that reflects company-set expectations based on growth projections and goals
Consistently hit performance expectations while simultaneously reaching high levels of customer satisfaction
Prioritize and execute on highest priority items daily
Convert customer interactions into positive reviews and testimonials
Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
