You're a decisive people person who feels most accomplished when you're helping a team grow and overcome challenges. As Sales Support Manager, you're gonna be the one our sales coordinator team and sales recovery team look to as they support our HVAC and plumbing sales departments.

Your Role

As Sales Support Manager:
  • You'll oversee the sales coordinator and sales recovery teams. You'll lead team meetings and 1-on-1 meetings with the sales coordinators and sales recovery team members. You're the person who will not only manage them but guide them and make sure their talents are being used well!
  • You'll overcome obstacles and challenges. Every day comes with its own unique challenges, whether they're internal or customer based. You'll work closely with your team, the sales team, and the sales managers to make sure everyone has what they need and is able to perform their best.
  • You'll monitor and analyze sales reports. You've got a great eye for detail and know how to analyze decisions and opportunities. You'll ask the important questions to make sure our sales recovery team isn't missing out on sales opportunities, and that our sales coordinators are sending out the right salespeople to the right homes.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Sales Support Manager:
  • Prior supervisor/management experience
  • Proven leadership success - A demonstrated ability to lead by example, while developing & motivating a team to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated competency in Windows-based PC environment, keyboarding proficiency, internet savvy, and use of automated systems
  • Ability to write reports, business and interoffice correspondence professionally
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding customer orientation (friendly, courteous, helpful)
  • Alignment & commitment to company values (honesty, integrity, fairness, and respect)
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
