Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing, enhancing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business needs. You will focus on making system modifications, managing the ticket and issue queue, and partnering closely with Salesforce to optimize platform performance and deliver solutions that support the organization's goals.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing, enhancing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business needs. You will focus on making system modifications, managing the ticket and issue queue, and partnering closely with Salesforce to optimize platform performance and deliver solutions that support the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Enhancements and Modifications:
- Make ongoing modifications to the Salesforce platform, including updating workflows, automation rules, and custom objects.
- Customize fields, page layouts, and record types to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new features and integrations as needed.
2. Issue and Ticket Management:
- Manage and resolve the Salesforce ticket and issue queue, providing timely and effective solutions for end users.
- Troubleshoot system errors, user issues, and integration problems to minimize disruptions.
- Prioritize requests, track progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
3. Collaboration and Partnership:
- Partner closely with Salesforce support and internal stakeholders to address technical challenges and platform optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver enhancements, and support system adoption.
- Work with leadership to identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality and user satisfaction.
4. System Maintenance and Documentation:
- Perform regular audits and data hygiene processes to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor platform performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Maintain documentation of system changes, configurations, and user procedures.
5. User Training and Support:
- Provide end-user training and support to promote best practices and maximize platform adoption.
- Create and update training materials, FAQs, and knowledge articles
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and user management.
- Experience managing issue queues and providing end-user support.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
