- Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments and translate these into Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Propose solutions to optimize workflows, process automation, reports, dashboards, and custom objects to meet business needs.
- Build oversight reporting and monitoring to ensure data integrity.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to improve adoption and best practices.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, implement relevant updates.
- Support and troubleshoot system issues, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Support CCMG Salesforce releases by testing and reviewing new or updated features with the business to ensure requirements are met before production.
- Provide after-hours Salesforce release support monthly by working with team members to test and communicate features once available in production.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of industry experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data management.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, third-party apps) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lightning Experience and AppExchange applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Experience building in Tableau
- Basis SQL knowledge
- Experience with Snowflake
