Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments and translate these into Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Propose solutions to optimize workflows, process automation, reports, dashboards, and custom objects to meet business needs.
• Build oversight reporting and monitoring to ensure data integrity.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to improve adoption and best practices.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, implement relevant updates.
• Support and troubleshoot system issues, escalating as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Support CCMG Salesforce releases by testing and reviewing new or updated features with the business to ensure requirements are met before production.
• Provide after-hours Salesforce release support monthly by working with team members to test and communicate features once available in production.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data management.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, third-party apps) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lightning Experience and AppExchange applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Experience building in Tableau
• Basis SQL knowledge
• Experience with Snowflake
