First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an analytical, detail oriented Salesforce Architect. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions on the Bank's CRM platform (Salesforce). This position will play a crucial role in shaping our CRM strategy, guiding development teams, and ensuring the long-term success of our Salesforce implementations

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $106k - $135k / annually; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ( hours may vary )

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field or equivalent experience required
• Financial Services industry experience, desirable preferred
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• 3 years of experience in Salesforce or other cloud CRM architecture required
• Experience with cloud-based project and agile management tools, such as Jira
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather and interpret data, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement
• Desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
