Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC),
Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security models.
Experience with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., CI/CD, Copado, Gearset).
Proficiency in integration patterns and tools (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience
Cloud, and other platforms.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end
solutions.
Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and data management.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and performance standards.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption.
Manage integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 a year
