Responsibilities
The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing Salesforce solutions to optimize operations. This position includes eliciting and documenting requirements, developing roadmaps, and writing user stories. Effective communication with managers and stakeholders is essential, as well as analyzing data to derive business insights and facilitate the development of business solutions.
The Analyst will manage Salesforce backlog items, create and deliver business presentations, and oversee Salesforce implementations, applying frameworks and agile methodologies. Additionally, this role involves creating user training materials, addressing issues during testing, and documenting current business processes during development.
Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements is critical, as is conducting thorough analysis of existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. The Analyst will design and document Salesforce solutions, including workflows, custom objects, and integrations, and collaborate with development teams for implementation and testing.
Training and support for end-users are also key responsibilities, ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce features. The Analyst will create and maintain comprehensive documentation, monitor Salesforce performance, and provide recommendations for optimization. Staying current with Salesforce updates and best practices is essential to ensure the platform's effective use.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training.
SKILLS
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements
Ability to develop and define project roadmaps
Proficiency in writing user stories
Experience in managing Salesforce projects
Ability to create and deliver business presentations
Knowledge of applying frameworks and methodologies to Salesforce projects
Experience in creating user training materials
Ability to solve issues during testing
Understanding of current business processes and documenting processes in development
Understands core concepts and disciplines of Software Engineering, such as iterative development, CI/CD, unit testing, and how software is built, monitored and maintained

Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

We are excited to offer a competitive salary for this position. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.
The minimum salary for this position is:
$83,000+/year
