Define data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to map customer data journeys.
Provide expertise on Data Cloud features like segmentation, activation, and insights.
Support Data Cloud credit optimization and cost-effective implementation.
Conduct user training and enablement sessions.
Responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless data integration, harmonization, and activation aligned with business objectives.
