Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
6+ years of experience in a large enterprise setting building on the Salesforce platform
3+ years of experience on Salesforce Lightning Platform designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud
and Salesforce Experience Cloud using Salesforce Best Practices and Standards
3+ years of experience using both programmatic (Apex, VF Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, etc.)
and declarative (process builder, flows, data security, validations, etc.) tools
Hands on experience defining, implementing data sharing model (custom sharing and sharing calculations)
Hands-on experience integrating with other platforms/systems using SOAP/REST/Platform Event based architecture.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II preferred.
Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and unit/integration test cases to achieve 90% test coverage.
Ability to leverage customization of Salesforce objects, Salesforce workflows, and Process Builder to automate processes
and improve Service productivity/adoption
Extensive experience developing advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, advanced complex triggers, Visualforce pages,
SOQL, scheduled batch jobs, and SOAP/REST Integrations
Proven experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and running projects on Agile
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and
deployment methodologies
Highly organized and able to maintain detailed documentation on processes, standards, and projects
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and provide technical support to
both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to effectively identify and translate user requirements in business, functional, and test scenarios for project of various sizes and complexity
Roles & Responsibilities
The SFDC Developer codes software applications based on business requirements.
The SFDC Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of
the appropriate courses of action.
The SFDC Developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and
develops fixes. Research complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex
softw are related issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives,
including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations,
and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures
Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year
