Position Summary: The Salesforce eCommerce Manager will oversee the commercial management of our online B2B storefront, ensuring a seamless and optimized experience for customers. This role combines the expertise of an eCommerce platform manager with a digital marketer, focusing primarily on user experience and store maintenance. The successful candidate will play a key role in support of HAAS' commercial strategy, ensuring that the platform is tailored to meet the company's high service standards, product and merchandising requirements, and the needs of our customer base.

Primary Responsibilities:

50% 1. eCommerce Platform Management
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of our Salesforce Lightning B2B Commerce platform, ensuring it is fully optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement new features, updates, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with the platform, ensuring minimal downtime and a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report on portal performance, security, and optimization requirements.
  • Ensure all digital operations are in compliance with applicable regulations, including data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and security standards (SSL, PCI).
  • Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics, sales data, and user behaviors, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure content is consistently updated, accurate, and aligned with business goals.

40% 2. Online Merchandising & Marketing
  • Manage the HAAS product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and availability are accurately reflected online.
  • Update and optimize other site content, as required.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement digital campaigns and promotions, ensuring seamless execution on the eCommerce platform and other online destinations or digital assets.
  • Develop strategies to increase site traffic and visibility, including SEO/SEM, supporting the digital customer journey from lead to loyalty.

Initiate user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design updates to enhance navigation, usability, and drive engagement / conversion rates.

5% 3. Other duties as assigned

Conditions of Employment:
  • Must comply with all John I. Haas, Inc. policies and procedures, including successful passing of pre-employment background check and drug test.
  • Must comply with our Integrated Management System (IMS) and be trained on procedures applicable to the requirements of the position, including managing significant quality, environmental, and food safety aspects.
  • Works a 40-hour workweek with occasional additional hours on nights and weekends. This position is not eligible for overtime pay. Some domestic travel required.

  • Qualifications:

    Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Progressive experience managing eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio of successful projects demonstrating the ability to improve user experiences.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and other similar web analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices, including customer and product data, and experience working with databases and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Preferred:
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning B2B Commerce
  • Experience working within the food & beverage industry, particularly in brewing.
  • Knowledge of modern web development techniques and best practices, eCommerce trends, and digital marketing strategies, including search marketing.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and experience working with external development teams and stakeholders.

    Pay Information:
    • Salary Range: $74,400 to $111,600 annually.
    • Target Starting Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually.

    This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location.
