Job Summary
Administers the up-time and stability of Salesforce Health Cloud. Performs systems administration of Salesforce Health Cloud and any other third party products within the architecture. Develops and maintains documentation for application access, usage, workflows and procedures. Works with project teams comprised of developers, systems engineers, database administrators, Scrum Masters, business analysts and customers to capture and implement quality configuration changes within Salesforce. Provides oversight and communication for the change management and release process.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field with courses in database systems or equivalent experience 5 years' combined experience administering large enterprise-wide applications in the Healthcare industry, supporting provider data, Provider Data Management Systems, claims, credentialing and/or provider contracting 2 years' hands on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud 2 years' experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices Salesforce Administrator certification required Experience in technical writing and methodology Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences Experience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions
Preferred:
4 years' experience as an Administrator for Salesforce Health Cloud 4 years' experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification Salesforce Health Cloud Accreditation Experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein Analytics
Key Responsibilities
Administer Salesforce Health Cloud to support business needs. Perform User Account Management to support onboarding and ongoing business needs, including user profiles, roles, permissions and security settings. Perform Salesforce configuration including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process automation, validation rules, page layouts, and dynamic forms. Strong experience in architecture planning, and design of complex application systems and interfaces, focused on customer service and provider data management. Collaborate with vendors, business leads and IT leads to provide high quality solutions. Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA. Provide support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues. Apply strong understanding and experience in Salesforce Health Cloud problem resolution. Logs, monitors, and manages event calls regarding reported problems, assisting managers with Problem Management documentation and logging.
Assist with ad-hoc report and dashboard generation to include KPI's and metrics reporting. Create complex process flow diagrams, and other documentation as required. Monitoring and maintenance of change control procedures and policies. Monitor and communicate system maintenance/patching notifications to IT team and business partners. Deployment planning into staging and production environments, for development projects, including preparation and monitoring of required change control, and communicating status to management. Provide technical support to Salesforce Health Cloud development, production support teams and end users. Maintain and test system configurations and workflows. Work with SME's to ensure proper workflow and training documentation. Monitor application performance using available monitoring tools such as Dynatrace. Will train internal staff as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
