Job Description:
Understand and utilize salesforce strategies and experience with salesforce.com Governor limits , lightning UI, Apex and performance optimization.
Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of salesforce sales / services cloud and other related implementation engagements from a technical standpoint.
Integrate multiple technologies with salesforce sales/service cloud
understand the architect, design , and guide advanced customizations utilizing the salesforce sales/service cloud
Mentor team members in cloud technology integration technologies and salesforce best practices.
Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phased for salesforce projects with in our teams and with clients
Designs and implements business technology solutions for non profit and higher education customers focused on cloud based business applications specifically salesforce.com
Having deep architectural understanding and its implementation design in salesforce for CRM
Lead a team of 12-15 individuals as a salesforce Engineering lead
LWC integration pattern and CI/CD experience are a mus
