Be part of the growing Salesforce Service Cloud/ Sales Cloud Engineering Team developing solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud.
Collaborate with Solution Architect, Technical Lead and Product Management to implement features into Salesforce solutions.
Develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Lightning and Apex.
Debug and troubleshoot code related issues/defects.
Collaborate with quality engineers to create test strategy and proactively identify opportunities for addressing critical issues
Provide best practices and oversee performance test execution, performance tuning and optimizations for processes within Salesforce.
Create Reports and Dashboards as needed by customers of the platform.
Be comfortable with Agile SDLC methodologies
Participate in code reviews and ensure that code quality and design patterns are followed.
