Salesforce Project Manager

• Looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager, with 5+ years progressive experience, and 5 years Salesforce experience.
• This onshore position located in MN will provide technical expertise and leadership to a team dedicated to hardware/software technologies design and build activities, and incident/problem management.
• The position is responsible for ensuring activities are completed, validated, align with architectural objectives and requirements, and successfully deployed into production environment according to defined schedule and Service Level agreement.
• This resource will champion security and architectural standards and processes.
• Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for issues.
• Develop and maintain a high performing team through hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Provide work direction, delegation, and prioritization to team.
• Partner with leadership, Product Owner and cross commit teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Influence continuous process improvement to optimize performance and availability of technologies.
• Define, track and measure overall department performance and metrics. Manage to team budget.
• This person will lead a team of resources on and offshore.
