Salesforce Sales Manager
Primary Location: Louisville, Kentucky

V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking Salesforce Sales Manager in Louisville, Kentucky.

Education and Experience "
  • 3-7 years of Salesforce sales experience, preferably in Salesforce consulting, implementation services, or ISV solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Account Executives and navigating the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a quota-driven, high-growth sales environment with a hunter mentality.

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role (team lead, sales manager, or player/coach role).
  • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional, Salesforce Partner Sales Accreditation, etc.).
  • Experience selling Salesforce solutions in industries like financial services, eCommerce, Education, Nonprofit, Government, or HLS.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce industry solutions, CPQ, or MuleSoft is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "
  • Player/Coach Role: Initially an individual contributor role with a pathway to managing and mentoring other Salesforce sales reps.
  • Recruit, Train, and Coach: As the team expands, hire and mentor Business Development Managers (BDMs), driving a high-performance culture.
  • Performance Management: Conduct one-on-one coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure quota attainment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Salesforce Practice Directory, delivery, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales-to-delivery process and high client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close net new Salesforce opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Expand Existing Accounts: Work with customer success and delivery teams to grow current Salesforce accounts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Enterprise-Level Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce go-to-market strategy, working closely with internal teams and Salesforce Account Executives (AEs).
  • Client Engagement: Conduct 3-5 client meetings per week (virtual and in-person) with C-level executives, IT leadership, procurement teams, and strategic sourcing.
  • Salesforce Partner Alignment: Build relationships with Salesforce AEs, Partner Managers, and ISV partners to drive co-selling and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Attend Key Industry Events: Represent the company at Salesforce events such as Dreamforce, World Tour, and Partner Summits to network and generate leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring deals progress through all sales stages in Salesforce CRM.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide weekly sales reports, deal status updates, and revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
