We're hiring Salesforce Solutions Architects to join our Salesforce delivery team, play a key role on strategic projects, and help grow our reputation and team-wide expertise in delivering Salesforce solutions specific to Public Sector. You will help design, plan, and then deliver public sector data and AI driven Salesforce solutions that unlock data, generate insight, drive action, and create impact!

Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership to solve public sector challenges with data and AI tailored to the needs of government agencies
• Identify, design, and scope unseen challenges to expand client footprint
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce Solution Architecture (core solution design, integration) for Public Sector solutions aligned with industry best practices and public sector regulations.
• Scope complex technical reference architecture and present as part of solution discovery within sales cycles
• Roadmap long term solutions for customers leveraging Salesforce design best practices
• Own efficient client delivery with US and India based delivery teamsMentor and develop other team members to expand expertise across our practice

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience consulting with Salesforce in the Public Sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions with a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities, configurations, and relevant objects.
• You know FedRAMP like the back of your hand.
• End to end delivery leveraging Vlocity and GovCloud is a must
• Ability to present to public executive and technical leaders and influence decisions with clear communication of best practices
• Public Sector Service Certified, Platform App Builder Certified, and Service Cloud Certified are required
• Shield experience is highly preferred
