We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions that optimize business processes and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce products and features.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
- Architecture Planning: Define the overall architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, including declarative tools, automations, integrations, and third-party applications.
- Best Practices: Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, including security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical and functional documentation for Salesforce solutions, including workflows, data models, and integrations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to guide the implementation of solutions.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce products, features, and releases, and provide recommendations for leveraging new capabilities.
- Integration Support: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Quality Assurance: Validate solutions through testing and ensure business requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Page Layouts).
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL).
- Ability to analyze business processes and design solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
