Shift4 is expanding globally and standing up their Salesforce teams! We are seeking highly skilled Salesforce Systems Administrators to join our growing teams. Our System Admins will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

This role is hybrid / onsite at any of the following Shift4 locations: Las Vegas, NV / Tampa, FL / Center Valley, PA / Morrisville, NC / Atlanta, GA Remote work may be considered in certain situations. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a scrum team with business analysts, product owner and solution architect to understand and execute system configuration and customization.
  • Configure and customize the Shift4 Salesforce system to meet the organization's needs. This includes creating and managing custom fields, objects, layouts, flows, and approval processes.
  • Provide input on configuration design including how to best use the Salesforce out of the box functionality or one of the many available features to meet user requirements.
  • Design and execute data migrations and data loads.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards as needed
  • Provide prompt and effective support to users, resolving issues and answering questions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate system changes effectively.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator with additional experience as a Business Analyst in a business facing environment.
  • Specific knowledge in at least one of the following skill sets OmniScript, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ, Field Services Lightning or Service Cloud
  • Experience with requirements gathering and UAT.
  • Possess at least two Salesforce certifications - Certified Administrator and one other
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Experience in managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Proficiency in creating and managing custom fields, objects, layouts, and workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Experience that is a plus to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
  • Knowledge of Apex and coding principles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
