Description:

  • Experience with Salesforce-On premise/cloud integration supporting various integration patters: 5+ years
  • Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Integration architect, data architect, admin
  • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
  • Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
  • Experience with at least one data integration tool (e.g., Talend, Informatica Cloud, Pentaho, Jitterbit, Boomi, and MuleSoft)
  • Collaborate with Technical architect, enterprise architect, and partner architects to develop best in class integration solutions
  • Strong specialization on SFDC areas

Education and Required Experience:
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or a related field plus five years of experience with Salesforce development or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with CRM salesforce eco systems, service cloud implementation, CTI integration and configuration: 5+ years
  • Salesforce certifications: Service cloud, admin, developer
  • Practical experience with sophisticated programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, integration patterns, and asynchronous operations
  • Ability to collaborate with client partners to define requirements, outcomes, and set expectations on tasks that you and your team will be responsible for executing
  • Develop and maintain architecture blueprint in collaboration with partner and enterprise architects
  • Guide functional team with right Salesforce features and capabilities to have an effective grooming session with client
  • Gather required API definition and data layout to develop quality user stories
  • Develop solution with task list/approach for developers to build the features
  • Develop and monitor environment, CI/CD and release management strategy
  • Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office and able to travel up to 50-70%.
