We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, managing complex integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.

Here is how you will be involved :
  • Design and implement Salesforce technical architectures tailored to business needs.
  • Oversee complex integrations and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce governance, multi-org strategies, and large-scale deployments.
  • Ensure data security and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, PHI, and other applicable standards.
  • Optimize performance and ensure scalability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Provide thorough documentation of implemented solutions and architectures.
  • Participate in Salesforce DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD, version control, and automation.
  • Offer technical support and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.


Your experience:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strongly preferred Salesforce certifications: Architect, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniScript, Data Cloud.
  • Technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce data models, particularly Health Cloud.
  • Experience implementing solutions compliant with data security standards (HIPAA, PHI).
  • Advanced skills in integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Platform Events).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Jenkins.
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
