Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive business value across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, or other clouds.
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce projects, including integration, data migrations, and custom developments.
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and deployment strategies.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to Salesforce developers and admins.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements.
- Ensure alignment of the Salesforce architecture with overall enterprise architecture.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and other platform customizations.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and innovations, assessing impacts and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware, etc.).
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and performance considerations.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Heroku, or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
- Prior experience in [Industry - e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain etc.] is a bonus.
