Location: Juno Beach, Florida (5 days work from client office)
Job description:
8+ years' experience in Salesforce projects Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects from conception to deployment, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Architect and design complex Salesforce solutions leveraging best practices, patterns, and industry standards. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce configurations, automations, workflows, and integrations using tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Process Builder, and Salesforce APIs. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Oversee Salesforce testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage and maintain Salesforce environments (Sandbox, Development, Production). Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and trends. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on best practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and administration. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce. Document technical solutions and processes for future reference.
