Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Effectively enforce our coding standards/practices with internal/external developers in the team.
  • Be responsible for 100% code quality and own Salesforce.com code reviews for the organization.
  • Partner with architects and external development teams to design custom solutions.
  • Recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and speed to market for existing/new capabilities.
  • Spend portion of your time for innovation and POC's to bring new technologies to SFDC ecosystem.
  • Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and/or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
  • Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) with both internal/external development teams including Global teams.
  • Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
  • Knowledge of CICD/Release Management/GitHub is a must.
  • Identification of risks and issues from technical perspective.
  • Mentor new developers for your team.
  • Review Salesforce optimizer report and take needed actions.


Qualifications

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience in the relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on Salesforce customization experience on Apex
  • Minimum of 3 years of LWC and minimum of 1 years of AURA components experience is a must.
  • Minimum 1 year of Visualforce expereience
  • 501 certification / Developer II certification is a preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS
  • Good understanding of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to comfortably discuss cloud architectures.
  • Experience with Medical Device and Life Sciences enabling technologies preferred.
