Salesforce Technical lead

Project Description: OAG Services to Customer Agencies that are part of STS Program

Period: 6 Months (Extendible)

Role Title: Salesforce Technical Lead / Scrum Master

Local Austin, TX candidates will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities and Required skills:
Good technical hands-on experience on Salesforce (Security, Apex, Flows, Batch, LWC) with a background on Tech Architecture
Should be able to create robust and scalable solution designs for features / stories
Support Dev team members with technical queries and support with building stories (if needed)
As a Scrum Master, manage multiple scrum teams implementing a Salesforce solution.
Understanding of CI / CD pipeline using automation tools like Copado / AutoRabit
Run all Sprint ceremonies (DSU, Retros etc)
Good communication skills to work with key client stakeholders
Must be able to raise delivery risks and suggest / implement mitigation strategies
