Leads and manages complex, cross-functional Salesforce initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of projects and aligning them with business goals
Need to work closely with various stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor projects, managing risks, communicating progress, and driving improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem of Apple.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Develop and maintain program plans, manage resources, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and drive alignment.
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce technology and its various modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute projects, including defining tasks, milestones, and dependencies, and managing project execution.
Risk Management: I Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication and Reporting: Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, and maintain detailed documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
