Starting Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 - depending on experience Location: WAClassification: Exempt US Applicants Only General Position Summary:The Salesperson will be responsible for selling our fabricated plumbing, piping, and steel supports to new and existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical concepts, understanding of fabrication constraints, and excellent organizational skills. Being a results-driven role, having a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively is paramount to effective job completion. Essential Job Functions Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and business growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting company revenue targets. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with advanced organizational and time management skills. Maintain a meticulous attention to detail to avoid errors and mistakes that could result in significant financial losses. Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. Manage sales and opportunities using CRM software. Provide detailed estimates for each job that is bid. Manage the hand-off documentation for projects that have been won to the Fabrication team. Assist the fabrication team on a case-by-case basis with change orders for active jobs in the que.Skills Required to Perform the Essential duties of the Job Demonstrate a strong work ethic, being results-driven and committed to achieving sales targets. Strong written and oral communication skills. Understand and effectively communicate mechanical concepts related to our products and services.
