Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Specialty: General Radiography
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Tuesday-Friday (10-hour days)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Experience: New graduates and those with 1-2 years of experience
License: New Mexico license to practice
Certifications: ARRT Radiography, BLS (Must be from American Heart Association)
Must-Have: General radiography skills
Job Description:
- Provide support during C-Arm guided procedures.
- Must be well trained in general radiography.
- Float to various departments such as O.R., ED, fluoro, etc., as needed.
- Work in a clinic office setting.
- Handle a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
- Operate equipment, primarily General Electric machines.
- Use Cerner Electronic Health Records system.
- Participate in orientation and training under supervision.
- Collaborate with a team in a level III trauma center environment.
- Adhere to hospital standards and protocols for patient care and safety.
- No weekend hours or on-call requirements.
