Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead and manage the SAP cutover activities, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
Develop, refine, and maintain the SAP cutover plan, ensuring that all tasks are identified, prioritized, and completed on time.
Manage release management processes for SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring timely delivery of all releases and patches.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure cutover tasks are executed efficiently.
Oversee and manage risk and issue management throughout the cutover process, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a smooth transition.
Facilitate stakeholder coordination and communication between business units, IT teams, and SAP implementation teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding of cutover activities.
Develop and execute strategies for resolving issues and mitigating risks during the cutover phase, ensuring all potential challenges are addressed.
Monitor cutover execution timelines and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives, ensuring that cutover milestones are met on time.
Act as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related questions and provide guidance and support to project teams.
Manage cutover activities post-go-live, ensuring stabilization and resolution of any critical issues during the immediate post-go-live period.
Communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions to key stakeholders, including project managers, senior leadership, and other relevant business units.
Conduct post-cutover reviews and lessons learned to refine processes for future SAP implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of experience managing SAP cutover processes, specifically within SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Strong experience in cutover planning, release management, and risk and issue management for large-scale SAP implementations.
Proven track record in managing stakeholder coordination and communication across business units, IT teams, and SAP implementation teams.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.) and integration points.
Expertise in managing and mitigating risks and issues during the cutover process to ensure smooth system transitions.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with SAP testing, validation, and troubleshooting methodologies.
