? Superior expertise in SAP EWM / WM and warehouse processes
? Advanced business process knowledge around material handling and integration to ERP systems
Hands-on experience for Configuration and maintenance of business scenarios in SAP EWM version 9.1.
? Good process knowledge of EWM processes like Putaway, picking, internal warehouse movement, Production staging, physical inventory etc.
? Should have hands on experience in setting up warehouse set up with POSC, LOSC, WOCR, Wave picking, VAS, PPF etc.
? Integration knowledge and issue resolution for SAP EWM - SAP ECC, SAP EWM - SAP TM, and SAP EWM - External EDI interfaces
? Should have good understanding of ECC modules like MM, SD, PP & QM.
? Superior business process skills to facilitate conversations about best practices
? Excellent leadership skills: people, process and technology.
? Demonstrated achievement in developing and maintaining business partnership at all levels.
? Superior interpersonal communication skills; flexibility; responsiveness.

Lead Skills:
? Lead the design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP- EWM.
? Gathers detailed requirements from business users for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects and enhancements.
? Performs design and development for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects and on enhancements to existing projects.
? Design solutions with innovation and an yet to the future ensuring the ability to deliver value over time,
? Identifies impacts to business resulting from newly configured or improved business functionality.
? Manage all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support/maintenance.
? Demonstrate effective and collaborative communication with internal team members and Business Partners.
Lead Role:
? Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of an assigned team engaged in performing EWM activities, design, testing, for SAP modules to meet project needs, priorities, and deadlines.
? Reviews work products to ensure completeness, accuracy, functionality among modules and application systems, and adherence to established project plans and requirements.
? Confers with management and functional teams to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures with information technology and to identify innovative customer solutions.
? Advises management of the overall cost, efficiency considerations, operating advantages and disadvantages, and material and personnel resources associated with the conversion of a specific work function to using an SAP based solution.
? Formulates plans and specifications detailing workflow, Client distribution, information sources, production runs, documentation systems, and management controls and reports for SAP modules.
? Consults with other SAP information technology staff to identify and resolve unique problems and to ensure the effective integration of solutions among SAP modules.
? Coordinates and participates in the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation for assigned projects.
? Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, functional and technical team members, and users.
