Job Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration efforts for UKG Pro - Reporting & Analytics, including Payroll and Time Management modules
- Configure and maintain Kronos and UKG WFM for various employee populations
- Handle Accrual Management, Deduction and Earning Setup, CRT Creation, and technical integrations
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to support Core and Back Office processes
- Collaborate with the UKG Support Team to resolve system issues and implement configuration changes
- Integrate data between UKG Workforce Management and UltiPro
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and readiness for audits by implementing proactive monitoring processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries related to time and payroll systems
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with frameworks like FLSA, GDPR, and wage tax regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and optimized ways of working
- Maintain strong business partnerships, working collaboratively to deliver sustainable solutions
- Drive system integrity and operational excellence through meticulous attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
- Provide support or preferred experience with Workday payroll and benefits
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, Payroll, and UKG Pro Configuration
- Expert-level experience in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) and Kronos Timekeeping Systems
- Advanced skills in CRT Creation, system configuration, and technical integrations
- Strong experience in deduction/earning setup and accrual management
- Solid understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and total rewards
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, FLSA, and wage tax regulations
- Proficient in system integration, inter-system reporting, and analytics tools
