SAP HCM Security Consultant

Technical Skills: Minimum 8-10 years of experience needed in SAP Security having extensive related experience in HR Security Sound knowledge in HCM Security concepts including but not limited to Employee Self Service (ESS), Manager Self Service (MSS), OM/PA, Payroll and Time Administration Good understanding of Structural authorizations, PD profiles and related jobs. Troubleshooting authorization issues and use of program/tables in HR application. Experience in SAP Security Project execution phases - Requirement gathering, Role Design, SOD Risk Analysis, Unit test, UAT, Go-Live, Hyper Case, Project Documentation, Change Management. Security Implementation/Upgrade/Project experience in SAP ECC, BW, Solman, SCM, CRM, SRM, Fiori, HANA, S/4 modules would be a plus Coordinating with SAP Functional and Development Teams to arrive at sound SAP security solutions. Extensively worked on Custom Tables, Classes, Authorization Objects and Programs as per business requirements Extensive knowledge in User and Role administration. Proficient in analyzing and articulating any gaps found in process and procedures adopted. Closely work with the team in achieving task and actively participate in building novel approaches for issues observed. Interact closely with end users on issues reported and support resolution. Excellent communication & presentation skills Lead Skills: Team management skills Experience in onsite/ offshore model Experience in leading SAP Security/ GRC support project/ teams with 24/7 coverage model Excellent communication skills Good interpersonal skills Positive attitude Is this role considered niche and what is the skillset required?
