Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation, management, and optimization of demand lists within the SAP IBP demand portal.
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting and planning by leveraging SAP IBP's functionalities to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather demand planning requirements and translate them into actionable IBP configurations.
  • Consulting support on SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.
  • Configure and customize SAP IBP to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Monitor and enhance IBP performance, ensuring system reliability and efficiency in demand planning activities.
  • Utilize SAP BW for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support demand planning and reporting in SAP IBP.
  • Experience in Developing and managing reports and dashboards in SAP BW to provide insights and analytics for demand planning.
  • Experience in seamless integration between SAP IBP and SAP BW for accurate data flow and reporting.
  • Identify and implement best practices for demand planning and management within SAP IBP.
  • Continuously assess and improve demand planning processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to demand planning and data integration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, sales, and IT to align demand planning activities with business goals.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on SAP IBP functionalities and processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of demand planning processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards related to SAP IBP and SAP BW.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP IBP) are a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience with SAP IBP, with a strong focus on demand planning and management.
  • Secondary knowledge of SAP BW, including experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of successful demand planning and management in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with process optimization and best practices in demand planning.

Optional:
  • Experience with additional SAP modules or tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud).
