Support SAP IBP Module Business Processes: Provide comprehensive support for SAP IBP module, ensuring smooth operation and optimization of planning processes.
- Expert-Level End-User Support: Deliver expert-level assistance to end-users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain system efficiency.
- IBP Configuration: Handle IBP-related configurations, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization to meet business requirements.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementing enhancements and improvements in the IBP module.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to optimize planning processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Integration with Other Modules: Collaborate with other SAP modules, such as SAP S/4HANA, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
- System Testing and User Acceptance Testing: Conduct thorough system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure new configurations and enhancements meet business needs and are ready for deployment.
- ServiceNow Ticket Resolution: Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to SAP IBP, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
