Job Description
Overview:
This position is a Mid/Senior level SAP MM functional analyst; respond to command action requests from Business Office for items such as PCard interface errors; SPS sweeper report; Reimbursable Work Order (RWO) funding documents (Internal and External to Navy ERP); PR approval workflow; service entry sheets and material goods receipts; and/or creating local vendors. Work with end users as Tier 0 support and generate NHDSM incidents to Business Office when necessary support adhoc/data requests by providing data, reports, graphics and other information.
Required Skills:
Three (3) or more years of SAP MM functional analyst experience working with PCard interface errors; SPS sweeper report; Reimbursable Work Order (RWO) funding documents (Internal and External to Navy ERP); PR approval workflow; service entry sheets and material goods receipts; and/or creating local vendors. Strong communication skills to act as liaison with the Business Office, facilitate communications between the Business Office and the command, coordinate command actions such as UAR, SOD, training of users and communication support, analytics and reporting that are prioritized by the BSO-12 command. Post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP MM module (in a Tier 0 environment) is preferred.
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
Must have Navy ERP experience
DoD clearance required (must be clearable)
