Description:
- The Sr. BSA will estimate project work, complete configuration and supporting documentation and interface directly with the business users to propose solution alternatives.
- The Sr. BSA will be responsible for completing documentation, testing, solution options, and configuration work on time and with high quality.
- The BSA will engage with our Quality Management team to support test case creation and will be responsible for executing some testing.
- The Sr. BSA will also interface with our production support team to troubleshoot issues and provide knowledge transfer of new projects landing in production.
- Develops partnerships and works closely with business team members to understand and document day in the life and usability requirements through storyboards, wireframes, user interface specifications and other documentation.
- Creates integration context diagrams and associated systems process models to aid in clarity
- Works closely with Business functional analyst and business customer to ensure information and integration requirements are clearly understood and resolve any conflicts
- Creates and maintains paper prototypes, User Interface (UI) storyboards and UI specifications by working closely with functional analysts and Business team members
- Participates in creating the organization, navigation, and the look-n-feel of the UI for the application in collaboration with systems/functional analysts and Business team members
- Defines test scenarios based on business processes and may participate in integration testing when needed
- Conducts usability User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with business teams. If the resources have previously been developers, that's a plus as well.
- We'd like these resources to be more technical if possible.
Three or more years of SAP AFS experience required, Order Management highly desired. - Excellent Communication skills including verbal and written.
- Ability to drive issues to resolution in a highly complex environment
