Description:
- Strongunderstanding of the SAP SD module, including pricing, billing, delivery, andcustomer master data management.
- SAPSD OTC consultant/Lead with 10 - 15 years of exp, preferably certified.
- Hands on experience in incident analysis,problem solving , handle offshore team, cascade information on time to offshoreand work on customer updates.
- Experienceworking in 2 support engagement. Analyzing and resolving technical issuesrelated to SAP SD/OTC functionalities, including errors, data inconsistencies,batch jobs and system performance problems
- Experiencewith the complete "Order-to-Cash" process in a business environmentworking with stake holders li.e,.Directors, Sr.Directiors, Vps and leadershipteams
- Abilityto analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SDconfigurations.
- Providingtechnical guidance and training to end-users on navigating the SAP SD/OTCmodule, addressing queries, and resolving user-specific issues.
- Excellentcommunication, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
