Implementation & Execution:
- SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)
- SAP Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM)
- SAP Service Management (SAP SM) - Preferred (but not required)
- SAP Project System (SAP PS) - Preferred (but not required)
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing, customizing, testing, and implementing SAP Plant/Maintenance solutions.
- Must have full lifecycle implementation experience of SAP EAM, including:
- Business requirements gathering
- Conducting business workshops
- Gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration
- Testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support.
- Preferred (but not required):
- Certification in SAP Plant/Maintenance.
- Experience with SAP SM (Service Management) or SAP PS (Project Systems).
- Must have 2 full cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations.
- Must have experience with converting new acquisitions/mergers into current platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP enterprise module integrations (e.g., CRM, MM, FI) and third-party applications.

- Contribute to the implementation and execution of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define future business solutions.
- Transform business requirements into detailed systems design documents and implement them in SAP.
- Capture business capability, functional requirements, and service levels from business units.
- Create actionable business-IT roadmaps for EAM solutions that align with business objectives.
- Support leadership in identifying emerging technology opportunities.
- Collaborate with the EAM architect to enable business strategies.
- Advise clients on the impact of new technologies on existing technical systems.
- Ensure business and functional requirements are consistently maintained during development/configuration.
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, project management, and technical teams.
- Address questions, issues, and revisions to solution architecture.
- Manage engagement risks and economics, including planning, budgeting, and accounts receivable.
- Define deliverable content and ensure buy-in from business owners.
- Guide fit/gap analysis and design decisions.
- Validate that deviations from standard SAP functionality are justified with a positive value proposition.
- Provide consulting on new implementations and existing support projects.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Act as a subject matter mentor to more junior members of the team.
