SAP S/4HANA Program Manager

Job Description

We seek an experienced and driven SAP Program Director to lead global projects or roll out SAP S/4HANA across our customers' organizations. This high-impact role oversees all aspects of the project, from planning and design to implementation and go-live.
Program Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the overall program scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.

Establish and lead a cross-functional program team, including internal resources and external partners.

Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan, including project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.

Oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries and business units.

Ensure adherence to global standards and best practices while accommodating local requirements.

Own the project engagement and be responsible for delivery of its major elements, including project business objectives, scope, and solution within quality criteria, on time and budget

Acts as a point of contact between stakeholders and project managers/stream leads to ensure key milestones are met during implementation and execution.

Reports directly to project stakeholders and Client executives.

Coordinates between project managers/stream leads and partners on the project.

Collaborates with the project managers to ensure deadlines are met and ensures resource allocation and capacity planning for the project.

Plans and monitors program execution

Leads and participates in the briefs with the business and Executive briefs and steering committees with the stakeholders.

Manages program-level status, metrics, issues, and risks and oversees overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables.

Proactively reports risks, issues, and identifies potential planning gaps.

Active risk management, implement and maintain an ongoing risk and quality management framework,

Drives actions to mitigate risks.

Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects

Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project

Understand SAP project implementation phases and delivery models

|Background :

12+ years of experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation programs, including global rollouts.

7 years has Project Manager 2. 5 years has Program Director

Minimum 5 End-to-end implementation as Program/Project Manager.

Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its functionalities.

Proven track record of successful program delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Have experience in Pharma project implementation.

Position primarily on-site in Boston.

PMP certification is a plus

French language is a plus
