SAP Sales Lead Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX/Cupertino, CA (Onsite from Day 1)

12+ Month Contract

Job Description:
  • Lead sales track in SAP projects and ensure timely completion of projects with key focus on quality
  • Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops, conduct workshops and support facilitation of same
  • Support and provide inputs for cutover, migration, testing, training related strategies.
  • Prepare product backlog, ensure deviations from "out of the box functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition.
  • Support larger project team during configuration, testing and validating Important Review & edit the JD shared by client. Refrain from publishing JD as is from client mail / job portal Customize JD , make it simple & understandable Refrain from entering client name in the JDJD would be considered incomplete without RGS id & Billing rate/ Salary range & Pre-Screening questions Internal Use Only Page 2 of 2the solution built, with at least one experience with a big four consulting major.
  • Engage with business users during requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Co-ordinate with business users and product owners during solution acceptance with focus on sales processes and integration of same with manufacturing, finance, procurement, supply chain
  • Prior experience in driving process improvement projects
  • Experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping/ timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements (BRD) etc, UAT, change management etc.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly
  • Experience with working on Agile and waterfall project methodology.
  • Has led efforts in Solutions design that is scalable, stable, and efficient with a focus on customer / business voice
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
  • Prepare product backlog, ensure deviations from "out of the box "functionality have sufficient business justification and positive valueproposition.
