  • Responsible for the design, build, implement, and support SAP security roles and profiles on S4 environment across all the landscapes. Perform effective maintenance of S4 Security roles and role assignments based on changing access needs. Analyze information security and business data to gain deep business knowledge and insight on security risk posture.
  • Ensure the ongoing integration of information security with business strategies and requirements. Drive remediation plans for audit/compliance related findings. Build and nurture strong relationships at senior management and executive level.
  • Create and maintain technical and policy documentation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Security. Use new GRC tool for analysis of roles and issues resolution. Assist in Application Security and assist in Disaster Recovery planning.
  • Answer and follow-up on tickets regarding security including new roles, changes, user terminations and new users.
  • Be a supporting and communicative team player with internal and external basis, security, and applications teams. Assist with the planning, management and implementation of SAP upgrades and system modifications.
  • Understands changing business needs and recommends strategies for the future.

Required Skills : A minimum of 7 years of experience working as an S4 HANA/SAP Security Analyst. In depth knowledge of S4 Security area along with AO reports, Idocs, CPI and FIORI. BTC knowledge is a plus. Complete understanding of the SAP?s core modules, Ariba, Concur, BTC and the inter-dependencies around Finance/Controlling, Order Management, and Warehouse management (EWM). Core Participation in 2 or more full life cycle SAP implementations, achieving production status. BA/BS in computer science. Ability to think ?process? and ?best practice? rather than just function along with a solid understanding of end-to-end processes like ?order to cash?. Sound and accurate judgment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent planning and organizing skills. Strong customer service orientation. Adept at developing system requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing business solutions, while achieving deadlines and budget goals. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Highly motivated self-starter who is innovative and quick to learn. On-call availability for project go-live and off-shift support. Flexible schedule to align with other program resources. Flexible to travel as needed or deemed necessary (domestic and international). Good team and communication skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Support management with IT Audits and ensure execution of change control policies. Work with management on developing, implementing and analyzing best practice change and access controls and processes. Assist and support ITSM tools as needed for change management, CMDB, Security, Testing, etc.
