Job Description

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work with minimum supervision.

Team working (onsite/offshore teams).

SF troubleshooting skills.

Conversant with SAP Support model and process.

Conversant with SAP Success Factors quarterly release management updates.

Desirable skills:
Integration support skills between SF and SAP
Knowledge/experience of LMS validation process
Employee Central
SAP Success Factors PMGM/SP/COMP/EC certification/skills. Need certification in at least 1 module.
Responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service to the client
• Undertake knowledge transfer/handover of SuccessFactors configuration workbooks + functional/technical documents are appropriate
• Hit the ground running with resolving configuration tickets on Admin Center (L2) and MDF/xml (L3) tickets for the SF module certified.
• Liaise and work with the offshore team on WIP tickets or tickets needing expert opinion.
• Able to manage customer expectations during SF quarterly releases. Liaise with offshore Centre of Excellence team.
• Liaise with SAP Success Factors Support on Level 4 or Priority 1 tickets as required.
• This is a support project and not a new implementation project.
