Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
As an SAP SuccessFactors Business Integration Builder (BIB) Consultant, the associate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP BIB, Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruiting modules. The primary focus will be to develop and implement effective solutions that streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Finance, and ITto analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SuccessFactors processes, BIB/EC/ONB/Recruiting modules, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assess and analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Integrate the EC module with SAP ECC and other SuccessFactors modules, such as ONB and Recruiting, to align with business needs.
Ability to handle BIB mapping and working closely with EC and Payroll consultants.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support during and after implementation.
Investigate and resolve integration-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
Stay updated on new SuccessFactors functionality, releases, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SF EC, ONB, LMS, and SAP HCM.
Participate in SuccessFactors projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000 a year
