This remote role focuses on RF and electrical system design, performance analysis, and testing, supporting advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Telecommunications satellites.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in Telemetry, Command & Ranging (TCR), Control & Data Handling (CD&H), Power & Thermal, Attitude & Navigation Control (ADCS), and Propulsion systems
- Design and analyze satellite platform and payload architectures, ensuring performance optimization
- Monitor RF and electrical performance, supporting system-level verification and validation
- Define system requirements, subsystem specifications, test requirements, and performance budgets
- Support satellite integration, assembly, and testing, including EGSE setup, test supervision, and data analysis
- Participate in program reviews (EQSR, SRR, PDR, CDR) and support qualification and acceptance testing
- Provide technical oversight for major subcontractors and integrated product teams
- Write and maintain the subsystem operations manual and support in-orbit testing (IOT)
- Collaborate with spacecraft operations teams to ensure seamless satellite functionality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in satellite platform and payload design, with a focus on LEO/GEO satellites
- Strong knowledge of orbit mechanics, space environment, and aerospace engineering principles
- Experience in RF system testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Hands-on experience with satellite integration, system-level performance testing, and qualification processes
- Proficiency in simulation, modeling tools, and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams
