Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Manager to lead the content strategy and development for our global scaled community program. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and engages our diverse community of users.

Scaled Enablement Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and supports the growth and engagement of our global community
  • Select the most effective content modality (e.g., webinars, guides, work sheet, etc.) and learning strategies (e.g., micro-learning, peer-learning, etc.) to engage and educate our audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities and develop compelling content that resonates with our audience
  • Develop a comprehensive content library, organizing content by topic, modality, audience, and other domains
  • Research, curate, and repurpose existing content to map it to new curricula
  • Manage content translations, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that all program materials are accurately translated and appropriate
  • Manage agency onboarding, ensuring that all agencies are properly vetted, contracted, and managed to ensure high-quality deliverables


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, education, or enablement in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven editing skills, with the experience to create compelling content for multiple channels
  • Proven project management skills, with the experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience managing vendors and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Experience in designing and developing high-quality digital assets
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills, with the experience to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Skill in determining the specific knowledge and skills our audience requires to achieve their objectives
  • Proven attention to detail and experience to maintain accuracy and quality in work products
  • Experience to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
  • Experience to understand and empathize with our target audience, identifying their needs, motivations, goals, and knowledge gaps
  • Experience to organize and sequence content in a logical and coherent manner, ensuring our audience can easily absorb and apply the knowledge and skills they need

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
