Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in SCCM administration.
    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale SCCM and Intune deployments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SCCM architecture, design, and implementation.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune configuration and management.
    • Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
    • Experience with Azure Active Directory and Office 365 integration.
    • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
    • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification.
  • Experience with other Microsoft Endpoint Manager components.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
