Pay Rate $41.00 per hour

We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Scheduler 3 with a strong background in developing and managing resource-loaded schedules in Primavera. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects under pressure. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across all organization levels are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage resource-loaded schedules in Primavera.
• Utilize project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project life cycle.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks under the pressure of deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Effectively communicate project details to all project stakeholders.
• Take the project lead when required, supporting the Project Manager.
