Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year to provide support to students across all grade levels, K-12. This full-time, onsite position offers flexibility in caseload preference (elementary, middle, or high school). The successful candidate will collaborate with IEP teams, conduct evaluations, write reports, and attend meetings to support students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development.

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year to provide support to students across all grade levels, K-12. This full-time, onsite position offers flexibility in caseload preference (elementary, middle, or high school). The successful candidate will collaborate with IEP teams, conduct evaluations, write reports, and attend meetings to support students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Psychological Evaluations: Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to assess students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Report Writing: Prepare detailed, accurate evaluation reports and offer recommendations for student support.
- IEP Participation: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Consultation: Provide ongoing consultation and guidance to teachers and staff regarding behavioral management strategies and academic support.
- Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and other collaborative meetings to review student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Behavioral Support: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
Flexible Caseloads:
The available caseloads are flexible, and we can accommodate your preference in terms of grade level. Work hours will fluctuate depending on the grade level, as outlined below:
- Elementary (Primary): 7:15 AM - 2:50 PM
- Middle School (Intermediate): 7:25 AM - 3:00 PM
- High School (Secondary): 7:40 AM - 3:15 PM
- Flexibility: Work hours can vary depending on the grade level, and we will work to match your availability with the needs of the school.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Illinois
- Experience working with K-12 students (experience in both elementary and secondary levels is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, IEP processes, and behavioral intervention strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Weekly Pay: $40 - $52 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
