Scrum Leader II

Position Title: Experienced Scrum Master/Leader

Experience:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Prior work in technology, collaborating effectively within a Pod team structure and engaging with stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Confluence, Jira, and PPM
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, proactive environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interactions with leadership, ranging from VP to Director level

Preferred Background:

• Financial industry experience

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through guidance and support
• Coach teams and the organization in Agile/Scrum practices to maximize outcomes
• Promote self-organization and address gaps in Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Evaluate and enhance Scrum Maturity across teams, fostering sustainable growth
• Identify and remove impediments, collaborating with appropriate personnel as needed
• Cultivate a safe and trusting environment to encourage problem-solving without fear of blame or judgment
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and resolution of conflicts
• Enhance internal and external communication, improving transparency
• Provide servant leadership to the team, supporting and mentoring members

Additional Skills:

• Solid understanding of Agile techniques, including User Stories, TDD, ATDD, and Continuous Integration/Testing
• Familiarity with additional Agile methodologies such as Kanban, XP, and Crystal
• Proven management experience with strong communication and mentoring abilities
• Ability to align teams to platform strategies, ensuring the delivery of roadmaps and OKRs
• Collaborate with RTEs and Scrum Leads to manage risks and dependencies, while promoting transparency

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in business, system technology, or a related field

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Agile Certified Scrum Master
